I used to patronize Best Buy for everything. DVDs, CDs, video games, computer parts, cables and everything else. Now it’s an infuriating experience, in person and online.

Thanks, but I have a solid enough grasp on technology where I don’t need to associate the words “apps” and “cloud” in this manner.
You see, some of us already comprehend client-server architecture, and we are aware of how valuable interoperable data can be.
But please, stop dressing up established concepts as new or innovative simply because you can fool people with terms like “cloud” - it’s really getting old.
